At Loved by Lovesac, we want you to be completely satisfied with your comfort; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return your items within 60 days for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original condition and include all modular components to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully disassemble your Sactionals or furniture and place them back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of each box, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Schedule Pickup

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup through our portal to begin the journey back to our warehouse.
